Use of the App
ShoutTrack is a music quiz app built for Apple TV. By downloading or using the app, you agree to use it lawfully and in line with these terms.
Availability
Gameplay depends on Apple TV compatibility, tvOS support, and the availability of Apple Music preview clips in your storefront. Song packs and preview availability may vary by region.
Subscriptions and Purchases
ShoutTrack may offer Monthly Premium, Yearly Premium, and Lifetime Premium access. Subscription billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled through Apple according to App Store rules.
Intellectual Property
The ShoutTrack app, brand assets, interface design, and supporting materials are owned by HANSEN AI unless otherwise stated. Apple Music content remains subject to Apple and rights-holder terms.
No Warranty
ShoutTrack is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific track availability, or uninterrupted access to third-party services.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HANSEN AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including loss of access, service interruptions, or catalog changes outside our control.
Apple Terms
Use of the app may also be governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement and App Store subscription policies where applicable.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, the revised version will be posted here with a new update date.
